• Deliver 1:1 evaluations, manual therapy, and performance‑based rehab sessions.
• Design individualized treatment plans focused on movement restoration and return to sport.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coaches, and other team members to ensure seamless care.
• Contribute to Zenith’s mission of empowering athletes and active individuals through education and prevention.
• Track outcomes and progress notes within PT Everywhere.
• Participate in community events, workshops, or shadowing opportunities to represent Zenith’s values.
• Maintain clinical excellence through continuing education and mentorship engagement.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Oregon PT license (or eligibility)
• Background in sports, orthopedics, or performance rehab preferred
• Excellent manual therapy, communication, and documentation skills
• Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
