Arcadia Senior Care is a warm, family-style Adult Foster Home in Eugene dedicated to providing exceptional, home-like care for our residents. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver who can provide both routine and high-level care, including safe mobility support and use of a Hoyer lift.

About Arcadia Senior Care- A true home environment with no more than 5 residents

- Personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- High-level care and full assistance for residents who need more support
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance using a Hoyer lift
- Repositioning, support with ADLs, and monitoring for safety
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Clear communication and accurate documentation
You play a meaningful role in each resident’s daily life.
What We’re Looking For- Kind, patient, dependable, and compassionate
- Comfortable performing physical caregiving tasks
- Able to lift, assist, and support residents safely
- Willing and able to use mobility equipment, including Hoyer lifts (training provided)
- A good communicator and respectful team member
- Organized, calm, and attentive to detail
- Experience is helpful, but we train caregivers with the right heart and work ethic.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and safely assist residents
- Ability to perform repeated transfers and physical care tasks
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Handler’s card
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Flexible shifts (day, night, weekend)
