Locum Tenens Cardiovascular NP/PA Opportunity Near Eugene, OR We are seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Locum Tenens position near Eugene, OR.

Description:

Four 10-hour days per week Clinic hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Cath lab hours: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm No weekends or call required

Job Responsibilities:

Provide care in both outpatient clinic and cath lab settings. Manage cardiology patients under the direction of the Cardiovascular Service Director. Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with the cardiology team. Conduct patient assessments in the clinic with 15-18 patients per day. Assist in the cath lab with 6-8 patients per day. Participate in outreach services to nearby critical access hospitals as needed.

Rotate between hospital and clinic settings, with one week in each. Requirements:
Certification:
Board Certified NP or PA in Cardiovascular or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of inpatient cardiology experience (excluding RN or training experience). State License:
Active Oregon medical license.

Skills and Abilities:

Effective critical thinking and judgment skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work under stress. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and independence with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills and familiarity with EPIC EMR. Physical/Mental Requirements:
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and stretching frequently. Adequate hearing, visual acuity, and fine motor skills. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist patients with mobility. Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional behavior. Additional Information:
