Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Lane County Health & Human Services
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about caring and advocating for our community and patients. This role requires someone energized by working in a challenging environment focused on continuous improvement.
About the DivisionLane County Health & Human Services provides affordable primary care and integrated behavioral health services to the community. Our clinics operate under a Patient‑Centered Medical Home model with collaborative care teams that include primary care providers, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health specialists.
Responsibilities- Room patients and assist with patient flow.
- Assess medication lists and provide patient education.
- Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, lab orders, x‑rays, EKG, and immunizations.
- Facilitate clinic and patient flow, sign off, and complete provider orders.
- Assist providers with procedures and support clinic operations.
- Float to other clinics as needed for coverage, training, and support.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Experience & Training- Graduated from an approved school for Licensed Practical Nursing.
- State of Oregon license as a Practical Nurse at the time of appointment.
- Diploma.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license (Oregon) if required to drive for the role.
- Position subject to criminal offender information record check.
- Employment offers contingent upon drug screening.
- Lane County will verify license and certification status during the screening process.
