Overview
Charlie Health is hiring licensed therapists in Oregon to join a mission-driven team transforming access to mental health care for children, teens, young adults, and families. This is an on-site role based in our Eugene, OR office, where clinicians grow, collaborate, and do deeply meaningful work every day.
Compensation
- Full-time (W-2): $70,000–$95,000 annually

Requirements
- Active Oregon license (associate or independent): LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFTA, CSWA / LMSW / LSW, RPCA
- Able to work on-site in Eugene, OR (Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm)
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Experience with youth, teens, young adults, and/or families
- Comfortable with telehealth and digital tools (Zoom, EMR, Slack)
What You’ll Do
- Deliver individual and family therapy via telehealth
- Support clients through evidence-based care (CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Build clinical skills in a structured, supportive environment
