*** Experience providing customer service in person, by phone, through email, and over chat and communicating technical issues to a variety of users with different computer skill levels.

* Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Shell.
* Experience installing and configuring Microsoft Windows OS in a business setting.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows servers, including performing backups and troubleshooting system failures.

* Experience configuring and troubleshooting audio/visual technology.
* Experience managing iOS devices in an enterprise environment is preferred.
* This is a full-time position, and the work schedule currently is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is FLSA-exempt and ineligible for overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 per workweek.
* Occasional mandatory overtime work, including evening and weekend work, may be required.
* Regular in-town travel and occasional statewide travel may be required.
* Frequent phone and in-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Frequent phone and in-person contact with people who may be facing challenging life circumstances, highly stressful situations, or trauma.
* Long periods of sitting or standing while working at a computer.
* Lifting and moving technical equipment may be required.
* Regular use of the following equipment: telephone, OJD-assigned computer with multiple monitors, copy machine, fax machine, and scanner.
