Job Description- Share solutions with community members through door-to-door sales approach.
- Engage with energy, knowledge, and the ability to address customer concerns and questions.
- Learn about the tech industry and confidently discuss the client’s solutions and offerings. Training will be provided to become a technology expert.
- Receive ongoing training, feedback, and guidance from industry leaders, with opportunities to develop skills applicable across the company.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by leaving customers with a positive impression of the client and team, regardless of whether they become customers.
- Maintain attention to detail, manage mileage and expense reports, and submit weekly progress reports.
Communication will be conducted via Teams and Outlook, with meetings held remotely. The role involves face-to-face interactions, requiring agents to walk around and engage with people. Candidates should be comfortable using technology such as an iPad, checkout systems, and map applications. Basic technological proficiency is necessary, and training will be provided during the first week.
