We serve runners, cyclists, active adults, and aging athletes through a model that blends physical therapy, strength training, massage, and movement education. Role OverviewThe Client Experience Specialist (CES) is the first and most consistent point of contact for our clients—both in person and behind the scenes.
This role is NOT a sales position and NOT a passive front desk job.
It is a coordination, clarity, and care role—supporting smooth schedules, confident communication, and a welcoming environment for both clients and staff. You'll work closely with our Physical Therapists, Strength Coaches, Massage Therapists, and leadership team to ensure every client experience feels thoughtful, organized, and human.

- Creates calm and clarity at the front desk—even on busy days
- Communicates confidently with clients about scheduling, services, and next steps
- Keeps systems clean, accurate, and up to date
- Anticipates needs before they become problems
- Makes people feel genuinely welcomed and supported
Responsibilities Client Experience & Communication
- Greet clients warmly in person, by phone, and via email
- Answer common questions about services, scheduling, and next steps
- Help guide new clients into the appropriate service path (PT, strength, massage, consults)
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and composed presence at all times
- Manage scheduling using PT Everywhere and internal workflows
- Assist with intake forms, payments, and client records
- Handle basic accounts receivable tracking and follow‑ups
- Keep client data clean and accurate
- Support daily clinic flow and provider schedules
- Coordinate with clinicians when issues or questions arise
- Follow established SOPs—and help improve them over time
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
This role is a great fit if you:

- Are comfortable learning and using digital tools
- Take ownership and follow through
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or client services is a plus—but attitude, maturity, and reliability matter most.
- A sales‑heavy or commission‑based role
- A clinical or coaching position

$16–22/hour DOE + employee perks
