What We Are Looking ForMinimum Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience involving information review and decision-making.
- Two years of education or relevant experience; 45 college credits in related fields can substitute for one year of experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, demonstrated through communication skills, pronunciation, and ability to discuss familiar and unfamiliar topics.

Additional InformationSpanish bilingual employees receive a 5% pay differential. The position is based in Eugene and not remote. Background checks are required. The salary range is non-PERS qualifying; PERS-eligible candidates will have a higher salary range. Veterans are encouraged to apply. The department does not sponsor visas.
