• Provide legal expertise on matters related to product liability, including risk assessment and litigation.
• Develop and implement legal strategies in complex litigation cases involving product liability.
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials, effectively advocating for their interests.
• Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product liability law, with a proven track record of success in litigation.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex legal disputes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to product liability.
