Job Overview
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The Senior In-House Litigation Attorney will support our growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Primary focus is managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more.
You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage multi‑million dollar litigation and other complex matters.
Advise the company on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, competition and healthcare law.
Represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Develop relationships with vendors, industry collaborators, and ensure compliance with legal frameworks.
Qualifications- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
