Paralegal

This is a full-time, on-site position for a plaintiff personal injury Paralegal. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with discovery, medical records and bills, working with clients and adjusters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, organizing case materials, communicating with lienholders, managing case files, and supporting the legal team in all aspects of case preparation and court proceedings.

• Experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal
• Work experience required
• Strong research and discovery skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency with legal software used at the firm is a plus
• Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Preference to candidates with working knowledge of ORCPs and UTCRs
