Description

Our customer base seeks luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will coach and lead our sales team to achieve their goals and develop their skills. You will directly impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.

  • Manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all employees and customers
  • Oversee all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom
