We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Bend location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Leads the opening and closing shifts by supervising and completing all opening and closing tasks while directly reporting to General Managers and Managers. Reporting to them daily updates including out of the norm instances for example heavy machinery failing, inspections and injuries at work site.

Base pay range$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and high-quality food
- Train and develop team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies are on hand
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pizza industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Open the store to the public at its given time.
- Turn on all heavy machinery needed; counting registers and verifying counts.
- Handle cash confidently during shifts and transfer safe to incoming manager as needed.
- Verify daily uploads to drive and maintain daily records.
- Manage reports to maintain inventory levels and projections.
- Oversee employees during the shift and resolve customer requests.
- Ensure Zenput tasks are completed.
- Verify safe counts with opening manager and transfer safe to the closing manager as needed.
- Manage reports to maintain inventory levels and projections.
- Oversee employees during the shift and complete end-of-day tasks.
- Handle cash and close the registers; ensure safe is checked in at shift end.
- Speak to customers to resolve their requests if needed.
- Perform end-of-day close and ensure all cleaning tasks and Zenput tasks are completed.
- Be a keyholder and lock up the store after closing.
