The function of the Manager of Distribution and Inventory Control is to implement systems to help Market of Choice manage product ordering, inventory management, shrink reduction, and Distribution Center systems. The position works closely with the EVP of Operations and Sales Managers to identify ways to reduce on hand inventory and shrink at the stores, leading to improved cash flow and gross margin.

They will work on store‑level training to ensure the Market Of Choice brand experience is enhanced by better in‑stock position and ensuring top items are always available for our customers. At the MCDC this role oversees MCDC operations and manages the flow of purchasing.

• Create, compose and edit written and electronic materials
