An established and highly regarded senior living community in Eugene is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a 200+ unit campus offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. This is an incredible opportunity for a hands‑on, relationship‑driven leader who is passionate about fostering excellence in resident care, team culture, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all departments, ensuring excellence in resident experience, compliance, and financial performance.
- Foster a culture of engagement, teamwork, and accountability among department heads and staff across a 200+ unit community.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and local partners, maintaining a positive, community‑focused presence.
- Oversee budget management, occupancy goals, staffing, and service quality to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director or Administrator within senior living (Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care).
- Proven success managing large communities (200+ units) with strong financial and occupancy performance.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, hands‑on leadership approach.
Eugene, OR – Onsite M‑F – Relocation Assistance Available
Compensation$120K-$150K (depending on experience)
