The Vice President's administrative staff provides key administrative, strategic, financial, human resources, assessment, communication and campus-wide student support. Position Summary The Director of Assessment position leads and advances divisional assessment efforts in support of Student Life's programs, services, and strategic priorities. Serving as the division's primary expert in assessment, the role develops and implements a comprehensive assessment strategy that informs decision-making, enhances the student experience, and demonstrates the impact of programs on student well-being, career preparation, and success.

The position partners closely with divisional leadership to identify priorities, design and conduct evaluations, develop data tools, and translate findings into actionable insights. It also provides guidance and training to departments, supports program review processes, and helps communicate outcomes in collaboration with strategic communications.
