Print Production Specialist Opportunity

  • Construction / Finish Carpentry
  • Any work experience making things
  • Painting, CNC, welding, or fabrication experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Utilize extensive computer technology in our largely paperless environment.
  • Apply vinyl graphics to various materials.
  • Operate large format printing and cutting equipment, including Epson solvent printers, HP Latex printers, Mutoh UV printers, laser cutters, engravers, CNC routers, application tables, laminators, plotters, and cutters.
  • Prepare materials for graphics application, which may involve cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Weed excess vinyl from computer‑cut images, adapting techniques based on size, vinyl type, and image complexity.
  • Conduct quality checks before and after production, ensuring work orders are followed accurately and standards are met.
  • Execute finishing processes such as laminating, encapsulating, or mounting printed items.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Manage and report inventory levels, suggesting reorders to the manager as needed.
  • Assist with the unloading and storage of raw materials, and maintain organization in storage areas.
  • Juggle multiple projects with efficiency.
  • Prepare proof sheets for approval before the production run.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment when necessary.
  • Operate a range of software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Lightbeam, Sharpcut, Prime Center, and Onyx.
  • You will also learn how to install all types of signs and vehicle graphics.
