Job Summary:

The Production Assistant - Shipping at Euphoria plays a key role in shipping and crafting our high-quality chocolate and popcorn products. This hands-on position involves shipping, packaging, dipping, making chocolate, popping popcorn, and assisting with all aspects of production as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, food-safe manufacturing environment.

• Shipping product to clients correctly and efficiently
• Assist in the creation and packaging of chocolate confections and popcorn, including molded items, hand-dipped pieces, ganache, popping, and more
• Operate chocolate production equipment, including enrobers and panning machines
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in all areas of production
• Accurately follow recipes and instructions for product consistency
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workspace
• Support retail operations during peak seasons as needed
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during entirety of shift, including standing or stooping for extended periods

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Basic math skills, including understanding of fractions and weights
• Valid Food Handler’s Card (can be obtained upon hire)
• Clean driving record
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of production-related tasks
