Cart Production & Packaging Team Member

The Dope Depot is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our cartridge production and packaging department. You will help keep the quality control process running smoothly, prepare and label products, and support the Cart Room Manager with daily production priorities.

This position requires attention to detail, consistent work habits, and a willingness to help wherever the team needs support.

• Follow established quality control procedures to ensure cartridges and finished packaging meet company standards.
• Inspect cartridges and packaging for visible defects, damage, leaks, and presentation issues. Separate and report products that do not meet standards.
• Package cartridges accurately and consistently according to product requirements and department procedures.
• Apply labels neatly and verify that labels match the correct product, strain or flavor, and batch information.
• Count and organize products and packaging materials accurately.
• Support the Cart Room Manager with daily assignments, production preparation, and workflow.
• Work toward production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Keep workstations, tools, and shared areas clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Communicate quality concerns, supply shortages, and production delays promptly.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and product handling standards.
• Flex into other departments as needed, completing assigned tasks with appropriate training and direction.

Preferred experience: Production, packaging, quality control, manufacturing, or cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required.

This is an on-site production position involving repetitive hand movements, close visual inspection, and periods of sitting or standing. Employees use required protective equipment and follow cleaning and sanitation procedures. Essential duties may be performed with reasonable accommodation.
