This role offers clinical autonomy, predictable hours, and the chance to build meaningful continuity with patients in settings where advanced wound management makes a real impact.

• Wound-focused care across Eugene-area SNFs (no nights, weekends, or on-call)
• Stable, collaborative team of 30+ post‑acute APPs
• Base compensation: $125,000‑$165,000
• Monthly bonus potential: $300‑$6,000
