Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to lead an outpatient wound care program in the Eugene market.
Join a dedicated team providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with chronic and complex wounds.
Position Highlights- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
- No nights, weekends, or on-call coverage
- Outpatient, appointment-only clinic setting
- Procedure-based practice – minimal administrative burden
- Collaborative environment with full clinical support team
- Growth potential into leadership roles
- Perform and manage wound care procedures: suturing, debridement, incision & drainage (I&D)
- Provide advanced wound management and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers to ensure optimal outcomes
- Average 15–20 patient encounters daily
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (State of Oregon)
- National certification and DEA license required
- Minimum 1 year of NP experience with procedural skills
- Experience in urgent care, wound care, dermatology, surgical, or procedural environments preferred
- Competitive salary: $115,000–$155,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential
