Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider at IDS Health, Inc
Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Lead neonatal resuscitations, manage care for term and preterm infants, and support neonatal transport in a Level III NICU.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, nurses, and respiratory therapists.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with 12‑ and 24‑hour shifts, no formal call, and structured handoffs.
- Bring at least 2 years of NICU experience, procedural skills, and a passion for family‑centered care.
