Pay: $1700/week
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, support individualized care planning, and ensure high‑quality clinical services in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role is ideal for a nurse who is patient‑focused, detail‑oriented, and passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Assess residents’ physical and emotional needs and report changes in condition
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practice within the facility
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment
- At least two years of experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC/Rehab
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oregon (OR)
- BLS required
- Weekly pay with competitive rates
