You will provide and coordinate competent care, assess, plan, intervene and evaluate for an assigned patient group, including collaboration with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
The role requires 9 months RN experience, 3 months dialysis exposure, and CPR/BLS certification. On-site duties include education, medication administration and teamwork with physicians and staff.
