** Parkside has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.
Located just miles from downtown Eugene sits Parkside Apartments, a 254 unit garden style community. ** JOB DESCRIPTION

*** What your day might look like
**** Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
* Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
* Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
* Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
* Community event planning and execution
* Follow up with prospects by phone and email
* Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
* Assisting in lease renewals
* Respond to resident concerns
*** What we are looking for
**** Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
* Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
* High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
