• Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our Guests by maintaining dining room cleanliness.
• Clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift.
• Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items.
• Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware.
• Ensuring chairs, floors, and Guest dining areas are clean.
