We have part-time openings on lunchtime and evening shifts for Restaurant Crew Members at Café Yumm! East 13th near the University of Oregon Campus in Eugene, OR.

Only those with availability to work lunchtime and closing shifts (approx. 11:00am - 10:00pm) Mon-Fri will be considered. Those with more flexible availability will be given preference.

• Starting base wage $16.55/hour plus $4.65/hour in tips (based on a 12-month average of hourly tips from 10/1/2024-9/30/2025).

Crew Members are entry level positions, but advancement opportunities are available.

• Learn all stations in the restaurant: cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill/salads, starts/hot bar.
• Set high standards of consistency in food preparation and cleanliness, and work steadily.
• Provide service that is remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative.

• 16 years of age or older.
• Possess “can do” attitude.
• Arrive on time for every shift.
• Sufficient command of the English language to be able to read and understand the POS system.

• Possess or be able to obtain a valid Oregon Food Handler’s Permit.
• Possession of either a High School Diploma or GED Certificate is preferred.
• Experience as a server, cook, cashier, host, or equivalent related experience is preferred.
