About the PositionAs an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, serving staff and customers with a friendly, efficient approach. You must be at least 21 years old, communicate well, and be committed to making an impact.
Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Assist servers and customers, ensuring a great bar experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Minimum age 21 years (per state law).
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transports plates, glasses, and baskets as needed.
