This position is for a Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours, located in Eugene, OR
. Starting pay rate: $19.00 per hour
. Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay are provided.

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm

• Join Our Team as a Store Sales Associate! If you love helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, you will be the go-to expert for retail and contractor customers, assisting with product selection, color matching, and order processing across multiple channels.
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and safe while supporting warehouse operations.
• Connect with customers and make product recommendations.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learn about PPC Brands and how to help in a store.
• Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
• Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Support general store operations as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
