We’re looking for pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and merchandise the store to create an appealing environment.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty, utilizing product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
