Responsibilities Leadership- Hold accountability in maintaining, recruiting/hiring a staff capable of smoothly running day‑to‑day operations and the needs of the business.
- Inspire and motivate team by illustrating a clear vision of goals and objectives to be completed through teamwork and honest efforts.
- Develop a store culture of continuous growth and accountability through the development of positive employee relations such as on‑spot coaching, continued training and leading a quality team.
- Coach team members in developing a store atmosphere that is conducive to a fun and inviting shopping experience emphasizing a culture of excitement and enthusiasm for the products, a culture that is also guest‑centric.
- Provide and communicate clear expectations of Attic Salt standards and practice leadership training in holding team members accountable for their performance and behavior.
- Create a strong team that stays connected to customer needs, anticipating customer changes, and meeting customer challenges.
- Deliver constructive feedback in timely manner that prompts developmental training, coaching, and/or conflict resolution.
- Deliver mid‑year and annual reviews for all employees, discussing topics such as KPI performance, progress reports, strengths and opportunities, and micro‑goals.
- Drive team morale by celebrating successes involving great employee performance, achievement of sales goal, great attention to detail, etc.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including but not limited to holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Establish strategic sales plan to generate and drive sales and increase KPIs at all store levels: employees, store, and departments.
- Analyze employee KPIs + store KPIs to drive team morale and make real‑time strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrate and successfully train an elevated level of customer engagement through impactful conversations and use of product knowledge through selling scenarios and practices as well as leading by example.
- Ability to manage a sales floor by delegating tasks effectively, ensuring the sales floor remains consistently stocked, team members are sales floor aware and zoned, and store atmosphere is reflective of our company core values.
- Ability to assess critical responses to KPIs by developing micro‑goals, business plans using sales data analytics.
