As a Meat Cutter, you'll play an important role in preparing, trimming, and packaging quality meat products for customers. From making precise cuts to operating packaging equipment, your skills and attention to detail will help keep production running smoothly. • Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Using knives and meat‑cutting tools safely and efficiently
• Cleaning and preparing carcasses while following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Packaging meat products using vacuum‑sealing and Cryovac equipment
• Loading, unloading, and organizing products and materials
• Working in refrigerated environments while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Supporting daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality

• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter, Butcher, Meat Processor, or Grocery Store Meat Department Associate
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of proper meat‑cutting techniques
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and food safety
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
• Comfort working in refrigerated environments
• A dependable work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability or willingness to purchase a personal knife set if required

This position is located in Eugene, Oregon, with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs.
