Position SummarySupport the Product Manager in providing sales and technical assistance within a specific product category, while collaborating with sales personnel to develop profitable equipment businesses.
Essential Functions- Assist the sales force with creating, reviewing, and modifying sales documents, presentations, and proposals, and recommend solutions for new, existing, or potential customers.
- Analyze customers’ operations and requirements to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Work with the sales force and customers to ensure business plans, sales commitments, and system specifications are executed to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to the service group.
- Contribute creative input for advertising efforts, including press releases, industry publications, and trade magazines, to showcase Stiles’ leadership.
- Act as liaison between Parts/Service, Sales, and customers to ensure equipment, parts, and service requirements are fulfilled to expectation.
- Offer ongoing training to employees and customers regarding new equipment, modifications, enhancements, or improvements.
- Monitor the competitive climate within the industry to stay ahead of changes in equipment, pricing, promotions, and peripheral offerings.
- Work closely with customers to recommend and demonstrate appropriate software solutions aligned with their business requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- Three to five years of relative experience in the panel processing industry and a technical support role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
