Account Executive - Digital Marketing and Advertising

Base salary $45,000‑$50,000 + uncapped commission, unlimited vacation, benefits

• Build Presence:
  Website, SEO, local listings, reputation & social media
• Drive Awareness & Leads: SEM, social, display, video, mobile advertising
• Grow Audience & Connect:
  Brand content solutions, social media marketing
• Manage Leads & Customers:
  Lead alert, engagement & tracking tools
• Leverage reporting, mobile tools, insights and emerging tech such as VR & AR

• Partner with large local businesses, develop integrated marketing plans and media solutions
• Identify customer needs, develop and execute account plans and custom solutions
• Maximize online presence with custom digital marketing approach
• Leverage USA TODAY NETWORK resources to develop optimal client solutions across digital suite
• Pursue and close new business and revenue streams
• Retain, manage, and grow clients in the digital landscape
• Manage sales pipeline and develop long‑term success strategy
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, proposals and demonstrations
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively and record all sales activity

• 1+ years in high acquisition, consultative B2B sales role
• College degree or acceptable equivalent
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing (Google AdWords, Analytics preferred)
• Problem solver who simplifies complex issues
• Competitive, collaborative team spirit
• Excellent communication, presentation, MS Office skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, liability insurance as required by law
