4/10 Schedule, Mon-Fri,**(Days may be non-consecutive )
** 4:00am-2:30pm
** with occasional overtime.
** Driver's License

Required:

Must have a clean driving record.

* ** Motor vehicle record screening****.
**** Competitive Compensation:  Starting Pay****$24.53/hr

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable.
* Washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins and containers
* Traffic management.
* Perform yard work including cutting weeds.
* Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work.
* Working outside in all weather conditions.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
* Operates skid steer and forklift.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
* Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises
* Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
* Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions..MINIMUM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* ** Valid  Driver’s License
** with
** Clean driving record.**
* ** Pass Criminal Background Check, Drug panel Screening, and Motor Vehicle Report
*** Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
* Minimum 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
* Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company’s safety standards; work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness..
