As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll provide reliable, high-quality service that homeowners can trust, every day. Your work will include:

• Complete all general in-home electrical service calls.
• Establish rapport with customers to sell appropriate products and services.
• Troubleshoot electrical system malfunctions by asking the right lifestyle questions.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and our membership plan.
• Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals.
• Present yourself as a professional to gain referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in training exercises and weekly meetings.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, summaries of findings, and pulse reviews.

• Valid Oregon General Journeyman License or two-year residential card is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Expertise in residential installations including but not limited to service/panel changes, lighting, troubleshooting, retro installations, generators, EV charging equipment.
• Welcome experience in installing fire protection, security, and data networks.
• Proficient in identifying and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits.
• Familiarity with trade tools and equipment.
