Looking Glass Community Services is hiring a Peer Counselor to join our PEER Shelter team in Eugene, Oregon. The role provides culturally informed, quality peer services to unhoused youth aged 18–24, including crisis intervention and creating supportive behavior plans.
Shifts include overnight and swing hours; you will work closely with clinical and direct-care staff to maintain a safe, positive milieu. We value resilience, diversity, and youth-centered care.
