- February 1 – May 31, 2026 stipend: $6,919.28
- Annual stipend for FY 2026‑2027: $17,298.20
- This is a one‑year appointment. Upon College approval and an agreement between the College and the Head Coach, this position may be renewed.
- Coaching hours vary and may include days, evenings, weekends, travel, and other hours as required by the coaching schedule.
- Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including extensive travel, nights, and weekends.
- Two (2) years of soccer coaching experience at the collegiate level; OR
- Two (2) years of soccer coaching experience at the high school level; OR
- Two (2) years of soccer coaching experience at the competitive club level or equivalent.
Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within one (1) month of hire.
Conditions of Employment- Successful applicants are required to complete a criminal background check.
- Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Education or related field.
- A certified and current coaching license or diploma from either the United States Soccer Federation or the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
- Two (2) years of experience playing collegiate soccer;
- Two (2) years of experience as a Head Soccer coach at the collegiate level; OR
- Four (4) years of Head Soccer coaching experience at the high school level; OR
- Four (4) years of Head Soccer coaching experience at the competitive club level or equivalent.
