Upon hire, based on department need. - Salary/Wage:
Hourly $17.81 – $26.12 per hour (Classified Hourly Pay Grade
7) - Schedule may vary, with variable work hours based on department needs; shifts may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and college breaks. Part‑time, as needed; up to 40 hrs a week during peak periods (up to 1039 hrs in a 12‑month period).

One year of work or volunteer experience in general office work, organising and promoting recreational opportunities, or managing competitive or varsity sports within an educational environment.
Required Licences / Certifications- First Aid & CPR certification and Food Handler’s permit required by date of hire.

- Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
- Associate’s degree or higher in business, accounting, sports management, fitness, coaching, recreation management or another relevant field.
- One year of work or volunteer experience in organising recreational opportunities or managing competitive or varsity sports within an educational environment.
- Multilingual applicants who can support and welcome all students.
To provide quality support for the Athletics varsity sports programs and recreation departments, supporting athletics game management, special events for community groups, and organising sports recreation opportunities for members of the LCC community.
Essential Functions- Build and maintain game day rosters for both teams.
- Manage and keep the Athletics website current, including athlete bios, event schedules, and coach information.
- Coordinate game and event live‑streaming.
- Coordinate game and event concessions.
- Organise recreation opportunities in collaboration with the Athletic Director, PE Coordinator, Wellness Coordinator, students, faculty, and staff.
