CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver | DOLLAR TREE - Ridgefield, WA
Earn an average of $1,989 per week ($103,475 annually) hauling dedicated dry freight on regional routes. Enjoy weekly home time, hourly compensation, and a Safe & On-Time Bonus. This hands‑on position includes unloading freight with rollers.
Main Yard / Starting LocationRidgefield, WA — regional routes begin in Ridgefield. Drivers who live more than 50 miles away must have a safe, authorized place to park their truck.
Pay Details- Average Weekly Pay: $2,000
- Average Annual Pay: $103,475
- Top Weekly Pay: $2,550
- Top Annualized Pay: $132,497
- Hourly Pay by
Experience:
* 0–48 months: $29.00–$30.50 per hour
* 49–200 months: $31.00 per hour - Safe & On-Time Bonus
- Dedicated retail account
- Dry van freight
- Average 2–4 loads per week
- Approximately 3–4 stops per load
- Unload trailers using rollers; physical activity is required
- Regional delivery territory includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and Northern California
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Day and night shifts available
- Days off vary based on freight demand
- Holiday-season schedules may provide less time off; additional time off may be available during slower periods
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be able to unload freight using rollers
- Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must arrange safe, authorized truck parking
- Dry van trailers
- Safe, authorized parking required for qualifying drivers
