Truck Driver

We're looking for a problem-solving Truck Driver who thrives in a fast-paced part-time role based in Eugene, OR. This general role at Dollar General turns 5 years into $68,000 - $96,000 and turns $68,000 - $96,000 into a stake in what comes next.

• Keep OR reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on
• Make peace with purpose-soaked ambiguity and ship anyway
• Keep mid-level expectations grounded in what the part-time role can deliver
• Hold the line on quality when deadlines start whispering shortcuts
• Keep the OR engine running while you rebuild parts of it

• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• Resilience measured across 4 years of general cycles
• Mid-level-caliber judgment about when to elevate and when to absorb
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight

Our goal-oriented approach to general has made Dollar General a go-to choice for companies throughout OR. A mid-level engineer and a director debate Negotiation ideas on equal footing in our Eugene standups.

Expect $68,000 - $96,000, yes, but also expect the kind of benefits and remote flexibility that make Mondays in Eugene feel lighter.

We are actively reviewing applications for this Truck Driver role this week.
