We're hiring for an established company that wants to train, develop, and retain good people
-not continually replace them.
This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee in approximately 3-4 months
, based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
The goal is long-term employment with a company where you can build valuable experience in inventory management, distribution, equipment operation, and the fundamentals of supply chain operations.
What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, prepare, and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
- Operate forklift, walkie riders, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory and follow established warehouse procedures.
- Learn new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow into the operation.
- Previous, verifiable warehouse experience.
- A consistent work history and dependable attendance.
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Attention to detail, safe work habits, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to meet background screening requirements.
- A current resume.
- A path to permanent employment after approximately 3-4 months.
