* ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Greet patients warmly and professionally and consistently creates a positive patient experience
* Phreesia registration
* Accurately check patients in and out using the electronic health record (EHR) system
* Collect and verify insurance information and patient demographics
* Collect co-pays and balances at the time of service
* Answer incoming calls and direct messages appropriately
* Schedule appointments and follow-up visits according to protocol
* Coordinate rescheduling, cancellations, and no-show follow-ups
* Verify insurance eligibility and benefits in advance
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office
* Provide general administrative support to the office team
* Adhere to patient privacy and HIPAA regulations## Qualifications
** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
*** High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of related experience in a customer-facing or administrative role preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer proficiency
