- Support hardware product testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
- Identify and resolve hardware issues and product defects.
- Work with engineering and technical teams to improve product performance.
- Review product specifications, documentation, and test results.
- Assist with product builds, inspections, and quality checks.
- Track hardware issues and help develop solutions.
- Support new product introductions and product improvements.
- 2+ years of experience working with hardware products, electronics, or technical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, or product specifications.
- Hands-on experience with hardware testing, assembly, or diagnostics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
