Rental Coordinator / Dispatcher - Euless, TX
US Shoring & Equipment, a division of Road Machinery & Supplies Co (RMS), is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator/Dispatcher to join its team. In this key frontline position, you will manage rental requests, coordinate equipment dispatch and returns, support Territory Sales Managers, and serve as the communication hub between customers, drivers, yard, and management.
This role requires exceptional organization, customer service, and the ability to manage fast-moving information accurately and efficiently.

- First point of contact for rental inquiries.
- Take rental orders and assist Territory Sales Managers.
- Research trench shoring and boring equipment solutions for customers.
- Create contracts, proformas, quotes, and ensure correct documentation
- Ensure accurate billing and contract close-out
- Scheduled and coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups.
- Verify outgoing loads and assist with equipment tracking
- Coordinate with the yard and customer timelines
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Experience with trench safety or auger boring equipment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
