Park Assistant Manager - Euless at Kids Empire

As a Park Supervisor, you play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the park, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and efficient experience for visitors. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing operational procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Park Supervisors are the contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire.
Must interact with families and children of all ages.
- Attending to guests as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
- Supervises employees to ensure they perform their job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
- Assist the Park Manager with training, developing, and auditing.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among park staff.
- Audit schedules and request needed approval from the Park Manager.
- Opens and closes the park via using keys or a code.
- Communicate any guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
- Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information using an iPad.
- Operate the front cash counter, manage daily cash flow, and process payments by cash or card, providing exact change when needed.
- Verify billing transactions using the POS system.
- Organize the snack and beverage area, including inventory checks and replenishment orders as needed.
- Walk the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures, tables, chairs, and playground equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events to operate efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
- Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
- Work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
- Tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during peak hours.
- Work in a tight space and be comfortable with heights.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to work with children and operate an iPad.
- Good communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment and prioritize guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
- Ability to work independently and read/write in English.
