Our clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, including treatment-resistant depression and substance use disorders, through a multidisciplinary team approach. We are expanding our Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs and seeking passionate clinicians who thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our growing team. This position primarily involves facilitating group therapy sessions and short individual check‑ins as part of our structured Day Treatment/IOP/PHP programs. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, professionalism, and a team‑oriented mindset while helping clients make meaningful progress in their recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including medical, psychosocial, and presenting concerns.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and brief individual therapeutic check-ins within structured programs.
- Deliver crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and skills training.
- Provide individual psychotherapy for clients aged 16 and above.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams.
- Ensure smooth and supportive onboarding for new clients entering treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, and administrative teams to promote holistic care.
- Manage an active caseload, ensuring ongoing engagement and therapeutic progress.

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- Current Texas license as one of the following:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). - Strong background in psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.
- Experience with Day Treatment, IOP, or PHP programs preferred.
- Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Salary: $55,000–$85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Quarterly performance bonuses

- Up to $1,000 annually for CME, licensure renewals, professional dues, or educational materials
