Bindery Operator - Cutter

Set up and run our Polar cutters, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. Run folders or stitchers too? Even better.

We’re adding an experienced cutter operator to our bindery. You’ll set up and run our Polar cutters, turning press sheets into finished brochures, letters, books and mailers, accurately and on deadline.

• Pay above most DFW bindery jobs: set by a hands-on test.
• More machines, more pay: operators who can also set up our MBO folders or saddle stitchers start toward the top of the range.
• Established and family-owned: printing in Euless since 1989, with a full bindery and mailing under one roof.

• Set up and run Polar cutters to spec from job tickets and layout sheets
• Check every lift for accuracy before it moves on
• Change knives and do routine maintenance
• Direct bindery helpers on your job

• Experience setting up and running a programmable guillotine cutter in a print shop or bindery
• Able to read job tickets and layouts, and do basic shop math
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. In peak season, 10- or 12-hour shifts starting at 6:00 am, with overtime pay.
