The role is open to either Associate DVMs seeking growth in a supportive environment or Senior DVMs who want to mentor a skilled team while guiding the practice toward the highest standards of patient care.

Compensation and schedule include a base salary, signing bonus, production bonus, and full-time benefits with no weekend requirements.

• Manage a varied daily caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgeries
• Perform soft tissue surgeries with opportunities to expand surgical skills
• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
• For Senior DVMs: lead mentorship, foster collaboration, and guide the medical team toward excellence

• No weekends required
• Only 30 hours per week to qualify for full-time benefits
• Hospital hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• No after-hours on-call

• $135,000–$180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• 20% production bonus (no negative accrual)
• 3 weeks PTO plus public holidays
• $3,000+ annual CE allowance

• DVM (or equivalent) licensed (or eligible) in Texas
